Quaid Ahmed

Started his career as an actor in 2013 and after experiencing music as a vocalist with Pakistan’s one the most innovative and progressive music ensembles (Sounds Of Kolachi) and (SouthAsian Ensemble) for almost 7 Years, Quaid hit the scene with his own music. He has been actively participating in collaboration from artists of all backgrounds from all over the world, with his ensemble Sounds of Kolachi, he featured in Coke Studio 11 and went for a successful USA and Italy Tour in 2017, 2018 and in 2019. He is also working as an assistant producer for quite a while. Some of his recent projects are Pepsi Battle Of The Bands 2017, where he worked with artists and bands like Atif Aslam,Fawad Khan,EP,Call, Meesha Shafi,Josh,Aaroh and many more.

Quaid is currently producing his EP (Extended Play) with karachi based producers/song-writers like Hamzah Junaid, Ahsan Bari and Shahid Rehman. With his own idea of Pop and SouthAsian Music, Quaid Ahmed is in a constant search of a new sonic horizon.
