BIOGRAPHY

Shehzad Roy is a Pakistani singer, songwriter, and activist known for his socially and politically conscious music. Since beginning his career in 1995, he has evolved from a pop singer to one who uses his platform to address social issues through albums like Qismat Apnay Haath Mein. He is also the founder of the Zindagi Trust, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving education in Pakistan, and has been a goodwill ambassador for the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime.
