Asrar Shah was born on April 20, 1985, and from an early age, he cultivated a profound appreciation for Sufi music, which motivated him to begin writing his own songs. His musical journey took a significant leap forward when he joined the acclaimed television program Coke Studio in 2014, where he debuted with the track “Sub Aakho Ali Ali.” In July 2015, Asrar made his Bollywood debut with the song “Afghan Jalebi” for the film Phantom. He has also contributed his voice to the OSTs of popular drama serials, including “Cheekh” and “Parizaad,” both of which garnered widespread acclaim.
